It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what you are not

Facing the truth

Today I faced the truth.  It was ugly but I've said it out.  The future...well, I don't know now but I believe, that whatever the outcome I must face it because I asked for it.  However, at this moment I have no regrets because the decision comes from my heart, not advised or opinionated by others.

I feel relieved.

Kita manusia ciptaan masterpiece Allah.  Kenapa pula kita nak biarkan diri berasa lemah dan bersedih? Life has to go on...let just be happy!! Itulah destinasi aku..

Harus jujur

An important person(yes, he's been in my mind and my heart) in my life beberapa reminded that aku mesti berlaku jujur.

Secrets To Less Pressure

1.  IT IS OKAY TO ASK FOR HELP

If you look like you are holding it together all the time, people may not realise you need help.  Learn to delegate and appreciate other people's help, even if they don't do it to your standard.

2.  SAY "NO", WITH REASONS

To avoid offending people, explain why you can't do that task right now.  Also offer reasonable alternatives.  For example, sometimes, "no" may mean you put the task off for a while, or you agree to do just one part of it.

3.  PROPOSE FLEXIBLE WORK

If you must focus on something outside of work now (like a sick child), explain how you will continue to deliver results, and how work will be spread around the rest of the team without harming business.  Suggest a trial period and ensure you prove yourself!

I got a lot to say

I got a lot to say..but even at my own blog saya terpaksa tapis.  Bimbang ada hati terguris..bimbang disalah ertikan.  So, inilah jadinya, blog omong kosong dihiasi renda labah-labah haha (nampak sangat ke aku gelak paksa?)

I faced the truth

Today I faced the truth..with a pounding heart and expected to be kicked in the ass.

It was ugly..but at the end I feel relieved because I got it off my chest

Tasha was dining at Secret Recipe and I refused to join her as I was fasting.  Went to nearby MPH and bought this interesting book "Mengapa Rasullullah Tidak Pernah Sakit".

I knew why our Rasulullah never got sick..but always wanted to know the scientific reasons that lies behind His good lifestyle habits and I found it all in this book, author of this book Dr Adi Hashman.

This book is a must for all muslim...and non-muslim too
